Does AVImark work across a network?
Yes. AVImark can be used as a single or multi-user package. We recommend Windows 2000 or XP-Pro as your networking software in a "peer to peer" environment.

Does the network version of AVImark cost more?
No. There is no "network" version of AVImark, because there is no need for one. AVImark is already network-ready, with all of the software and tools built into the main version of the software. There is no special network version.

Does AVImark have unlimited technical support?
Yes. Support is available on an unlimited usage basis. Our toll-free support number is:
1-877-838-9273. Support is provided free of charge for the first 3 months after you purchase AVImark, and $845 per year thereafter which also includes software updates.

Can the data from my present system be converted to AVImark?
Yes. Most systems may be converted to AVImark starting at $950. Please review our Conversions page to learn more about this process and contact information for our data conversion department.

Does AVImark require any extra, third-party software to function?
AVImark is a remarkable stand-alone application. However, we strongly recommend using Microsoft Word to take advantage of the letter merge features and to allow you flexibility with printed items such as certificates and reminders. In addition, you may wish to use QuickBooks for your checkbook keeping and General Ledger. AVImark integrates with QuickBooks, automatically passing categorized income information to QuickBook's chart of accounts."

Is on-site training available?
Yes. Although most AVImark users have never received any training, we do have Authorized McAllister Software Training Representatives located in many parts the US that can provide on-site training services at a reasonable cost.
